Stoner: Rossi's hard to Understand Potential

Casey Stoner
admits, too difficult to understand the true potential of Valentino
Rossi with Ducati. The reason is, "The Doctor" can not perform
optimally when the gush GP11 because being in the right shoulder
injury recovery
process post-surgery.

Stoner, who will strengthen the Repsol Honda team in 2011 season after
leaving Ducati, saying that it is difficult to give an assessment of
the performance of Rossi. 2007 world champion, said Rossi's ability to
only be known if he was in a state of 100 per cent fit when riding a
Ducati.

Rossi underwent right shoulder surgery in mid-November. The action was
forced to do because after a motocross accident at practice early last
year, seven times MotoGP world champion feels the condition is always
disturbed that their performance is not stable
throughout the 2010 season.

In pre-season training in Sepang, Malaysia, during the weekend, Rossi
is also a bad look. This is seen from the test results for three days,
in which 31-year-old rider was only ranked at 11. But Stoner dismissed
the notion that Rossi has run out, just because it saw the prime
position as the official test it. "I understand how bad the condition
of his shoulder, because at least he experienced the same thing with
me when my shoulder surgery in 2006, before the season started.
Therefore, I know how the problems faced. The condition of the same
muscles, but who experienced worse Valentino what happened to me.
Until the condition is 100 percent fit, it is difficult to understand
how his power with the bike, "said Stoner, who is ranked three
pre-season training, behind Marco Simoncelli and Dani Pedrosa.

What he said is similar to the statement Stoner Tech 3 Yamaha rider
Colin Edwards. Former teammate at Yamaha's Rossi said, "The Doctor"
can not perform optimally because of the condition has not been fit,
so it is too early to say the Italian rider was difficult to
compete.
